I just want to let you know how happy we are with the excellent job your construction company has been doing for Delta Airlines. In many cases, we have not given you much time for buildout, yet you have always met our move-in schedule. Your prices have been very competitive and the quality of your finished product is outstanding. As you know, Delta maintains a rather limited and somewhat exclusive list of contractors for work to be performed at the General Offices here in Atlanta. However, as a result of your performance, we plan to include Kinzey Construction Company on our list of approved contractors.
