Some of the projects Kinzey has completed over the past 10 years for this client include:

• 105,000-square-feet of new interior construction. Three floors consisting of open office and individual manager offices, high-end finishes including special lighting and mahogany paneling. Scope of work included coordination with their system furniture, data and phone, and security vendors.
• New Data Center – This is the main Data Center for CheckFree nation wide, consisting of 12,500 square feet of raised floor area with FM-200 protection, pre-action sprinkler, Liebert cooling units, under floor cable tray system and extensive equipment wiring for new PDU’s and switch gear provided by Kinzey Construction. We also furnished and installed a new 400 KW UPS system and 1250 KW generator.
• New Command Center – Multi-level theatre style work area with electrified fog glass, book-matched mahogany A/V screen wall, and tiered tray ceiling. Area also includes A/V room, NOC Lab, and conference rooms.
• General office building – Ongoing renovations and reconfiguration of offices, board rooms and conference areas.
