In order to meet the school’s opening date, the interior construction started prior to the base building being topped-out, prior to any exterior skin being installed, prior to elevators and internal stairs being installed. This project required intense coordination with the base building contractor and building owner since both the base building and tenant work obtained certificates of occupancy at the same time.
